We are small, independent and owner run restaurant in Edinburgh, we opened in 2018 and were awarded a Michelin star eleven months later and have held it ever since. We are open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, which is a tasting menu for a maximum of twelve guests. We put a lot of thought, care and creativity into making our guest’s experience authentic, personal and exceptional.
It’s essential that our team have a love of hospitality, ambition, an eye for detail and enjoy being part of a small, highly focused team where you learn, develop and matter as an individual.
