Chef de Partie. Full-time. A unique career opportunity for an ambitious chef wishing to advance their career in a small, independently owned Michelin starred restaurant in Edinburgh.
Experience in a Michelin starred or multi-rosette kitchen preferable.
Dinner is served to a maximum of twelve guests and is a surprise tasting menu. You will be working closely with the Head Chef Tyler King. Five days a week, straight shifts, Tuesdays to Saturdays. No lunches. We are closed for staff holidays for four weeks a year including a week in the summer, a week across Christmas and New Year and a week in either the spring or autumn. Salary dependent on experience.
