We will require a deposit of £75 per person by PayPal. If you wish to move your booking to another date, subject to availability and given sufficient notice in advance of the initial booking date for us to re-let your table, we can transfer your deposit. Deposits are deducted from your final bill on the evening. Bookings are only confirmed once we have emailed you to acknowledge receipt of your deposit. Please pay your deposit on receipt of invoice. You will receive an auto-reminder from PayPal after 48 hours and if we haven’t received your deposit by then we may cancel your booking request.
If you need to cancel and give us more than two weeks notice, we will refund your deposit less a £10 administration fee. Cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice will mean that your deposit is non-refundable.
We can offer a pescatarian or vegetarian dinner but this must be requested at time of booking. Allergies must also be notified to us at time of booking. We do not offer a dairy, egg, or gluten free dinner. If you or one of your guests have a nut allergy, or an allergy that causes anaphylaxis, we must be told at time of booking and please be aware that while we will be as careful as possible, there is always a risk of cross-contamination and obviously bring an EpiPen or other epinephrine auto-injector with you.
